Operated outbound · signal-based
Outbound your reps can verify.
We run signal-based prospecting for your company. Every lead ships with a named buyer, a dated public source, and one sentence on why now. If any of those is missing, it does not ship.

What you get
A signal is not a lead list.
A list tells you who fits. A signal is evidence that something changed at a company, recently, that makes them likely to buy now. The company is the who. The signal is the why now.
Five things ship with every signal, or the signal does not ship:
- A company — resolved to its real domain, deduplicated
- A named buyer — title and public source, never guessed
- Dated public evidence — a verbatim quote from the source
- The URL that proves it — publication and retrieval dates
- One sentence on why now — tied only to that evidence
- Company
- Brightpath Logistics
- Buyer
- Elena Marsh · VP Finance
- Evidence · published Jul 18
- “hiring its first Payroll Operations Manager to own multi-state payroll”
- Why now
- A first payroll ops hire means the pain crossed the budget threshold this quarter. No incumbent vendor.
Demo record. Every field carries its source.
How it works
Five checks between the open web and your CRM.
AI drafts. Verification gates. Your team approves. The system records the source, the score, the change history, and the approval trail.
1 · Define
Your ICP and signal theses become configuration: what must be true, what must be false, how fresh evidence has to be.
2 · Discover
Search runs across public sources only. Your do-not-contact list is checked before anything costs money.
3 · Verify
A separate grader checks every claim against the raw source text. Unsupported means dropped, not downgraded.
4 · Score
Deterministic arithmetic, not model vibes. The exact weighted breakdown is visible on every signal.
5 · You review
Your team approves, rejects, or snoozes in a keyboard-first queue. Human review is part of the product, not a fallback.
6 · Delivered
Approved signals land in your CRM with the evidence URL and detection date as fields, not buried in a note.
Built to stay honest
The queue stays small on purpose.
Reps forgive an empty queue. They do not forgive a wrong one. The bar we operate to: at least 85% of shipped signals judged true and relevant by your own reviewers.
Kill rules on every signal
Signals decay. Every definition carries its own off-switch: if your approval rate drops below the configured bar, it pauses itself and alerts us. Automatically.
No invisible automation
Every drop, dedupe, pause, and delivery is recorded and inspectable. You can trace any signal back to its source, its verification, and its exact score math.
How we handle data
Public sources only. Business contact data only. No LinkedIn automation. Opt-outs and existing customers are suppressed before discovery spends a cent.

Pricing
Priced on what your team approves.
A monthly retainer covers the operated service. The per-signal fee applies only when your team approves a signal in review. You control quality with your own approvals, so there is never an argument about what counts as delivered.
| Your average deal size | Retainer / month | Per approved signal |
|---|---|---|
| Under $10k | $750 | $50 |
| $10k – $30k | $1,500 | $100 |
| $30k+ | $2,500 | $150–200 |
60-day paid pilots. Cancel anytime. Price locked for six months when you convert. Success criteria are agreed up front and measured in the product you can see into.
Pilots are open.
We take a small number of pilot tenants at a time so queue quality holds. Tell us what you sell and who buys it. The next step is a 20-minute walkthrough of the platform on demo data.
